Abstract: Adaptive learning technologies are revolutionizing vocational education by personalizing learning experiences and addressing individual student needs. This research explores innovations in adaptive learning technologies and their impact on vocational student outcomes. The objective is to evaluate how adaptive technologies enhance engagement, retention, and skill mastery in vocational training programs. A survey research design is employed to collect data from a sample size of 150 vocational students and 20 instructors in Kano State, Nigeria. Purposive sampling ensures representation of educators and students familiar with adaptive learning platforms. The case study method examines specific adaptive technologies implemented in vocational classrooms and their effectiveness in improving learning outcomes. Findings reveal that personalized learning paths, real-time feedback, and data-driven insights contribute to enhanced student performance and motivation. Recommendations advocate for increased investment in adaptive technology infrastructure, professional development for instructors, and inclusive access policies to optimize vocational education experiences.
